TEMPE, Ariz. – Tyler Junior College sits atop both the men’s and women’s national team rankings as Oracle and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced the first Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis JUCO National Team Rankings of the 2018 season on Thursday.
In the men’s team rankings, ASA Miami is No. 2, followed by Seward County Community College at No. 3, Seminole State College at No. 4 and ABAC at No. 5. The rest of the Top 10 is comprised of Laredo Community College (No. 6), Cowley County Community College (No. 7), Collin Community College (No. 8), Mesa Community College (No. 9) and Jacksonville Community College (No. 10).
For the women, Hillsborough Community College concluded the 2017 season at No. 23, and will open the 2018 campaign at No. 2. Seward Community College is No. 3, St. Petersburg College is No. 4 and ABAC is No. 5. Rounding out the Top 10 women’s teams are Seminole State College (No. 6), ASA Miami (No. 7), Eastern Florida State College (No. 8), State College of Florida (No. 9) and Broward College (No. 10).
The next set of national team rankings will be released on March 15, 2018.
